She needs her doctor to call and fight with CIGNA, and go up the chain at CIGNA to get authority for the medication.

A friend of mine had CIGNA refuse to cover a medication that she needs that she has been taking for years, and there is no good substitute.
Her insurance is via NYU in NY but she is retired in Delray Beach
Does anyone know a layer who would have handled this type of thing?
