Hi I have a client who is scheduled for an Administrative Warning (PHL *230(10)(m)(ii)) and is aggrieved by the action. Is such action appealable? Since its not a finding or determination and no penalty is imposed , Im not sure its appealable but he certainly is interested in trying. Thanks Ken
