Hi I have a client who is scheduled for an “Administrative Warning” (PHL *230(10)(m)(ii)) and is aggrieved by the action. Is such action appealable? Since it’s not a finding or determination and no penalty is imposed , I’m not sure it’s appealable but he certainly is interested in trying. Thanks Ken
