We all know that Dr. Vapnek has been used by both the plaintiff and defense bar.
The note below is taken from one of our closed files where we strongly believe Dr. Vapnek, the subsequent treating Urologist, was the referrer to Kramer Dillof.
The Index Number of the case is 7018117/2018 (Queens)- just be careful when using it, to protect the patients PHI, which I have REDACTED FROM THE ENTIRE OF THE VISIT.

The patient is looking for an attorney to help him out – primarily against the original urologist who did the microwave but he is also talking about going after Dr. Okeke and Dr. Smith for overdoing the TURP. It is unclear whether or not he has a case but I will try to hook him up with an attorney to evaluate the relative merits.
