We have an HHC case scheduled for trial next week in the Bronx. Any current experiences regarding cases scheduled for trialis there a wait to select a jury, get assigned to a trial judge, etc.
Additionally, Seth Harris law firm has noticed the following experts: ENT Dr. Kamran Sadrazodi, and IM/Oncology Mark Levin. Does anyone have any recent transcripts, or other significant information?
