I just got assigned to Judge Robin Sheares for trial. I have heard a lot about her, but was wondering if anyone had a trial with her. She will be ruling on a pre-trial motion where the plaintiff is arguing surgery was done on the wrong side (even though the surgery was done where intended) and the plaintiff admittedly will not be producing an expert at trial.
Please provide any comments or your experiences with her.
