Hi everyone- we have a case that concerns failure to diagnose Acquired Amegakaryocytic Thrombocytopenia (AATP); Obviously this is a rare condition and we are struggling to find an expert. Does anyone know of someone that might be able to help? Its a Northwell case so we cant use anyone from their health system (or anyone that previously worked there).
