Good Afternoon:
Just a few questions for anyone who has some feedback:
1. Does anyone have any experience at trial with Ben Babcock, Esq. from Duffy & Duffys office?
1. Does anyone know whether the courtrooms in Suffolk County Supreme Court have screens built-in to the jury box/counsel desks/witness stand?
1. Does anyone know when to expect to be assigned a trial judge in Suffolk Countybefore or after picking a jury? If after, does anyone know which Judge handles disputes that may arise during jury selection (assuming there is an actual process for thismay be just whoever is available to hear the dispute)?
Any input is much appreciated.
Thank you,
Michael
