I tried a physical therapy case before her last Fall. It was one of her first med mal type cases. She took the time to listen, followed the law and let both sides try their case. She is a good assignment.

We were assigned Judge Erica Prager (Nassau County) for an upcoming trial. Does anyone have any intel/opinions on this assignment?
Additionally, if anyone has any recent transcripts of PC Ron Burke from Kelner & Kelners office examining a client doctor and expert doctor that they can share, we would be grateful.
Our case involves bariatric surgery, and an alleged delay in dxing a post-operative stricture, leading to development of peripheral neuropathy (on the off-chance you have transcripts involving similar issues/specialties with Burke, that would also be great)
