Hi all-I believe these were previously circulated on the list by others and I saved them for future use. I have a case with him right now, which went terribly wrong on day one of the plaintiff deposition when the attorney they sent objected to basically every word and question, including going over the rules of a deposition. She had a meltdown and we had to end the deposition as she started screaming obscenities at the court reporter too.
