If everyone is ready Justice Capella will assign you to a judge for jury selection. That judge may reschedule (happened to me in Nov, we started in January) or you will go forward. I am with Soto now and she has 5 days with full or half days down in the first two weeks. You may have a problem with Memorial Day coming up. Good luck.

We have an HHC case scheduled for trial next week in the Bronx. Any current experiences regarding cases scheduled for trialis there a wait to select a jury, get assigned to a trial judge, etc.
